Some people achieve success because life gives them opportunities. Others create success after life takes everything away. Vishesh Jindal belongs to the second category.
Today, Vishesh Jindal serves as a Personality Development Trainer at the Centre for Career Development (CCD), IIT Guwahati, mentoring some of India’s brightest minds. He is also the Founder of MBAwaleBhaiya, a career transformation platform dedicated to helping students become industry-ready. But behind these achievements lies a journey filled with unimaginable loss, relentless struggle, and an unwavering determination to rise again.
When Success Disappeared Overnight
In 2014, Vishesh founded Psycho Production, an event management and wedding photography company that quickly became known for handling premium destination weddings worth lakhs of rupees.
Then came 17 February 2020.
In one devastating night, four hard drives containing irreplaceable data from more than 80 weddings were lost, resulting in losses of nearly ₹3 crore.
Instead of walking away, Vishesh chose integrity. He and his family decided to compensate every affected client, even though it meant sacrificing everything they owned.
Their 70-year-old ancestral home in Prayagraj, family shops, and jewellery were sold to repay the debt. The unbearable stress eventually caused his father to suffer a severe cardiac arrest.
For many people, this would have marked the end.
For Vishesh, it became the beginning of a new purpose.
Fighting for Survival
As life tested him further, Vishesh was diagnosed with Multi-Drug-Resistant (MDR) Tuberculosis (MDR-TB).
The illness confined him to bed for nearly a year and permanently damaged his left lung, leaving him dependent on only one functioning lung.
Rather than accepting defeat, he decided to rebuild his future through education.
He enrolled in an MBA program and worked tirelessly to support himself and his family. During the day he attended classes, while nights were spent driving for Uber and Rapido and delivering food through Zomato to pay tuition fees, rent, and household expenses. Many mornings began with examinations after working throughout the night.
Against every imaginable challenge, he graduated as an MBA Gold Medallist, proving that determination is often stronger than destiny.
Inspiring the Next Generation at IIT Guwahati
The man who once struggled simply to survive now mentors the future leaders of India.
As a Personality Development Trainer at the Centre for Career Development (CCD), IIT Guwahati, Vishesh conducts mock interviews, employability programs, leadership workshops, communication sessions, and career development initiatives through flagship programs such as SYNERGIA and PersonaX.
His training extends beyond interview preparation. Every session carries lessons in resilience, accountability, confidence, leadership, and the courage to overcome adversity.
His greatest qualification is not just his academic excellence—it is the life he has lived.
A Mission That Continues to Grow
Driven by a desire to help students across India, Vishesh founded MBAwaleBhaiya in 2022.
Since then, he has empowered more than 10,000 students, facilitated 500+ successful placements, and maintained an impressive 95% placement success rate. Alongside his professional commitments, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management while authoring books such as Career Architect and Transformational Journey.
A Story That Gives Hope

He lost a flourishing business, his ancestral home, financial stability, and much of his physical health. Yet he rebuilt himself with courage, education, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to serve others.
